斯科特基地

斯科特基地（），新西兰南极科学考察站，位于罗斯岛附近。建立于1957年。夏季可容纳85人，冬季可容纳10—14人。

该基地年平均气温约-19.6°C，最热月（1月）均温-4.5°C，最冷月（8月）均温-29.7°C。极端最低气温为-57.0°C（1968年9月25日），极端最高气温6.8°C（1970年1月8日）。在最热月最高气温也仅能偶尔高于冰点。多大风，暴风雪频繁，最大风速可达185公里/小时，95—115公里/小时（暴风雪时）。
