左翼無政府主義（）指的是左翼的無政府主義。它假定未來社會私有制將被互惠和無階層社會所取代。左翼無政府主義有時也跟自由意志社會主義、左翼自由意志主義或社會無政府主義同義。
左翼無政府主義者可從反全球化抗議群眾看見，例如1999年西雅圖發生抗議世界贸易组织。
工团主义者乌里克·海德將無政府主義分类为左翼無政府主義、右翼無政府主義（無政府資本主義）和綠色無政府主義。海德的做法遭到無政府主義學者布莱恩·卡普兰和默里·布克钦等人強烈批評，認為他的研究和介紹貧乏。左翼無政府主義和自由市場無政府主義及右翼無政府主義（例如其中的穆瑞·羅斯巴德）有所區別。
