2011–12年歐洲冠軍聯賽淘汰賽為2011–12年歐洲冠軍聯賽的淘汰賽。於2012年2月13日開始，並於同年5月19日於德國慕尼黑安联球场進行決賽。本次淘汰賽包含十六隊隊伍，來自分組賽小組首名及次名。
除總決賽外，淘汰賽各階段均會進行兩輪賽事，兩支隊伍均會有一次主場作賽機會。於兩輪賽事總比數勝出之隊伍將晉級下一回合，若兩輪賽事之總比分打平，將計算作客入球，作客入球較多之一隊獲得晉級。假若在計算作客入球後賽果亦為平手，將會進行三十分鐘加時賽，而加時賽將同樣計算作客入球。若加時賽後亦未分出勝負，將會進行互射十二碼決勝。
在十六強抽籤，將會抽出來自分別兩組之小組首名及次名隊伍作賽。唯一例外是十六強階段之對賽對伍將不會來自相同國家或於分組賽曾經同組的隊伍。
於總決賽，將會舉行一回合於中立場之決賽。若於九十分鐘後賽果打平，將會舉行加時賽。若加時賽後亦為打平，將會進行互射十二碼決出勝負。
