弗朗西斯科·布萊克·莫拉

何塞·弗朗西斯科·布萊克·莫拉（，）是墨西哥的政治家、律师。他在费利佩·卡尔德龙内阁中担任内政部长。他是墨西哥打击腐败、毒品交易犯罪行为的关键人物。2011年11月11日，在从墨西哥城前往莫雷洛斯的途中因直升机失事与同行的另外7人一起去世。
