Minor Threat

Minor Threat是一個來自美國華盛頓特區的硬蕊龐克樂團，成立於1980年並於1983年解散。雖然他們組團時間極短，但對於當時的硬蕊音樂場景有相當大的影響，他們透過樂團的音樂作品與表演建立DIY精神。樂團對直刃族有獨到的見解，其中《Straight Edge》一曲更成為直刃族運動的根基。此外，他們的音樂都是由自行設立的唱片公司Dischord發行。

音樂導覽Allmusic稱Minor Threat的音樂有「指標性」，並說他們開創性的音樂「從當時同期的樂團脫穎而出」。在1980年代與1990年代，Minor Threat與硬蕊樂團－華盛頓特區的Bad Brains、加州的Black Flag，為許多硬蕊樂團豎立了一套準則。
