迈克尔·鲁斯（英文：Michael Ruse，）是美国佛罗里达州立大学的生物哲学家，生於英國伯明翰。他以在创始论/进化论、科学划界方面的著作而闻名。他出生于英格兰，1962年毕业于布里斯托尔大学，于1964年在麦克马斯特大学获得学士学位，1970年在布里斯托尔大学获得博士学位。
