才晉高等教育學院（，簡稱：），前稱「知專學院」，於2003年成立，與英國十所指定院校、澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學、中國藥科大學和香港都會大學合作，為香港專業教育學院高級文憑畢業生提供包括會計與財務、應用科學、工商管理、中藥學、計算機科學、設計、工程、酒店及旅遊服務和市場學等全日或兼讀制的學士學位銜接課程。

「2+1國際化升學階梯」
由2016/17學年起， 香港專業教育學院（IVE）酒店、服務及旅遊學和工商管理學科新入學高級文憑學員成功完成其高級文憑課程後，均可獲指定英國大學直接取錄在香港入讀與才晉高等教育學院（SHAPE）協辦之經本地學術評審的相關學士學位銜接課程，資歷與本地大學學位等同。
校址
學院唯一以才晉高等教育學院為名義的校舍大樓位於香港專業教育學院柴灣分校的李惠利高等教學樓，作為學院的行政辦公室及代辦處。而學院的大部份課程都是與香港專業教育學院（柴灣、青衣、沙田及觀塘分校）共用地方上課，並於上述三所學院設立分辦事處。
