雄甾烯醇（，雄烯醇）又叫“豬烯醇”是猪的性激素，有麝香味。
由於雄烯醇與雄烯酮的分子結構只有兩個氫原子的差異，因此雄烯醇在接觸空氣後極不穩定，約在2分鐘左右就會因氧化而轉變成雄烯酮（豬的性費洛蒙）。
雄甾烯醇大量存在於未阉割的公猪唾液中，也極少量的存于人类汗腺中。雄甾烯醇类似于性激素但无雄激素活性，人类的肾上腺分泌此物质进入体循环，但尚无对于人体的影响进行相关研究。
松露会分泌雄甾烯醇或其衍生物，这令猪可寻找到埋藏于地下的松露。
雄甾烯醇的两种异构体均带有较轻特殊气味。α-雄甾烯醇因残留烷基醋酸酯会带有檀香味。
