統一商法典

統一商法典（）是美國的一部商法典，由和美国法律协会共同起草并于1951年正式公佈，現為美國除路易斯安那州以外50個州和特区，除波多黎各以外的所有海外领土所完全採納。

由于美国是一个联邦制国家，联邦政府对商业事务的立法和管辖受宪法约束，故统一商法典对美国的商业实践影响深远。

編數內容
除上述各编外，统一商法典还在2022年推出了第12编数字资产，明确数字资产相关权利并调整相关法律关系。
