帕特羅克洛斯是一顆D-型小行星，位於木星后方的拉格朗日點，L5，L5以特洛伊戰爭傳奇中敵對雙方的特洛伊營命名。帕特羅克洛斯是以希臘的英雄帕特羅克洛斯命名的，但故意"錯置"在敵對的陣營中，另一顆同樣錯置在希臘營的是624 赫克特
。

这颗小行星的绝对星等为8.19等。
