第三次帕尼帕特之戰（）發生於1761年1月14日，戰場位於印度帕尼帕特（在今德里北部，哈里亚纳邦境内），交戰雙方分別為来自阿富汗的杜兰尼帝国與馬拉塔帝國。杜兰尼方的兵力、部隊素質與火炮均優於馬拉塔方，並在激烈交鋒後包抄後者的側翼，贏得會戰勝利。
