2011年亚洲杯足球赛分组赛A组将于2011年1月7日至16日在卡塔尔首都多哈举行。本组别包括主办国卡塔尔、科威特、中国及乌兹别克斯坦。在四分之一决赛阶段，本组的首名将对阵B组的次名，本组的次名将对阵B组首名。
