《官方絞刑公式表》（），是由英國內政部出版，針對執行絞刑時如何根據體重計算出繩索長度的公式表。在歷史上數次絞刑執行失敗后，英國政府力求尋求有效之絞刑執行方法。由相關委員會於1888年報告并出版。
此表在1913年時進行了重要修訂。
