葛印卡

葛印卡（Satya Narayan Goenka，）当代著名的内观禅禅师，其禅法是由缅甸已故大师乌巴钦长者（Sayagyi U Ba Khin）所传授的内观静坐（Vipassanā）禅。葛印卡的祖籍是印度，但他在缅甸出生成长。于1969年开始移居印度传授内观法门。

现在世界上很多国家都有教授葛印卡内观静坐课程的中心。葛印卡所遵循的传统，没有宗派之分。因此他教导的方法，深深吸引了所有背景的人士，包括任何宗教或无宗教信仰者，及来自世界各地的各种人。全世界每年有10多万人参加授葛印卡内观静坐禅修课程及实践。
