石川馨

石川馨是20世紀著名於品質管理的日本學者。

生平
1939年於日本東京大學工程系畢業，1949年獲聘為東京大學的助理教授，1960年晉升為教授。活躍於愛德華茲·戴明及約瑟夫·朱蘭訪日後，協助翻譯兩位學者的著作。石川馨個人對於品質管理強調良好的數據收集及報告，因此發展出石川圖，用於表達產品流程。
