西方书法是指用于书写西方语言文字（含拉丁字母和西里尔字母）的书法形式。西方书法种类多样，有程式化的规整字母书写，也有美术性质的书法作品。
词源
书法一词在西方语言内发音皆较为相似，因词汇均来源于古希腊语的，“美”与，“书写”的结合体。
