姆特瓦拉區

姆特瓦拉區是坦桑尼亞的26行政區之一，位於該國東南部，首府姆特瓦拉，北面是林迪區，西臨魯伍馬區，東面是印度洋，南接莫桑比克，面积16,707平方公里，2002年人口1,128,523。
