馬拉區

馬拉區是坦桑尼亞的26行政區之一，位於該國北部，首府穆索馬，南接姆萬扎區和欣延加區，東南面是阿魯沙區和卡蓋拉區，東北面是肯亞，2002年人口1,368,602。
