李斯特城2009年至2010年球季是莱斯特城在英格蘭足球聯賽第105個球季，亦是第58個處於第二級聯賽的球季，上季以甲級聯賽冠軍身份升班，本季同時是球隊的125週年球季。
球衣
本季球衣改由「Joma」製造及供應，由於是球會125週年會慶，主場球衣經由球迷在網上投票選出採用淨色，沒有贊助商標，只在胸前正中加上專為125週年設計的會徽。而黑衫藍斜間的作客球衣則仿照球隊於1884年首次穿著的球衣款式，並附有「LOROS」商標，是一間在莱斯特郡提供寧養服務的慈善机构，每件在其商店售出的球衣可收取售價中一定的百分比作為善款。
