比爾·馬艾（，，或譯「-{zh-hk:馬厄;zh-cn:马艾;zh-tw:馬艾;}-」、「馬-{}-赫」等），美國著名棟篤笑表演者、電視清談節目主持及作家，亦是不定期的社會及時事評論員。自2003年起為HBO清談節目《马赫脱口秀》（Real Time With Bill Maher）的主持。在2008年他製作了紀錄片《宗教的荒謬》（Religulous），籍此探討美國對宗教的態度。
馬艾大學畢業於康乃爾大學，後决定當上了棟篤笑表演者。出道不久後曾當喜劇演員，不太成功後決定繼續棟篤笑表演。現時亦會客串演出一些電視節目。成名作為喜劇中心（Comedy Central）1993年開始播出的清談節目《政治不正確》（Politically Incorrect），該節目非常受歡迎，更曾在1997年跳出有線的電視頻道，轉由ABC播出，卻於2002年因馬艾對911事件的言論被取消。2003年，馬艾與HBO合作，創製了他現時的節目《马赫脱口秀》。
