2010年歐霸盃決賽是從歐洲足協盃改制後的第一屆歐足聯歐洲聯賽，即2009–10年歐霸盃的決賽。賽事於2010年5月12日在德國漢堡的北方銀行競技場上演。由於歐洲足協避免球場以贊助商冠名，球場將會在決賽時改稱「人民公園球場」。賽事的冠軍將獲參加來年歐洲超級盃的資格，對手則是2009–10年歐洲冠軍聯賽的冠軍。
