賽璐珞天花板

賽璐珞天花板（）是玻璃天花板的變種，指荷里活的創意職位裏，女人在統計上代表不足。聖地牙哥州立大學的Martha M. Lauzen博士分析了2,718位參與各大電影的剪輯者、監製、執行製作人、導演和攝影師。2006年賽璐珞天花板報告調查了2006年的電影，其票房加總約89億美元。該報告發現在受調查的電影中，7%導演、10%編劇、16%執行製作人、20%監製、21%剪輯者和2%攝影師是女性。

在2003年與Lauzen討論過賽璐珞天花板問題之後，芝加哥影評家Jan Lisa Huttner成立了以互聯網為基礎的倡議組織叫WITASWAN（Women in the Audience Supporting Women Artists Now）。WITASWAN的使命是要說服女性，刺穿賽璐珞天花板的最好方法是運用「錢包的力量」：購買由女性導演和編劇的電影戲票、租借由女性導演和編劇的電影DVD等等。
