POSDCORB

POSDCORB，管理七項功能，又称管理七职能论，美国社会学家古立克（）與英国管理学家尤偉克（Lyndall Fownes Urwick）在1937年，合编了一本名為《管理科學论文集》（Papers on the Science of Administration）。古立克在該書的第一篇文章「組織理論註解」（），創造了一個“POSDCORB”的字來說明行政管理，为各项职能的英文单词首字母，泛指七种主要的管理职能。为公共行政和管理学的基本概念。
