查理·卡夫曼（，）是一名美國編劇、電影監製及導演，作品多不合常規卻大受好評，曾多次入圍大型影視獎項的最佳原創劇本獎或改編劇本獎，包括奧斯卡金像獎及BAFTA，更於2003年憑《無痛失戀》贏得奧斯卡最佳原創劇本獎。代表作有《傀儡人生》、《何必偏偏玩謝我》及《無痛失戀》等。
