巴塞爾銀行監理委員會

巴塞爾銀行監理委員會（Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS)）於1974年由全球十大工業國（G10）的央行共同設立，每年定期集會四次，屬於國際清算銀行轄下，其成員包括比利時、加拿大、法國、德國、義大利、日本、盧森堡、荷蘭、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英國、及美國等國，並以各國中央銀行官員及銀行監理當局為代表。

截至目前為止，巴塞爾銀行監理委員會已制訂出許多相當重要的金融控管規範，包括1988年的巴塞爾資本適足公約，以及2001年的新巴塞爾資本協定草案。
