儒略-克勞狄王朝（英語：Julio-Claudian Dynasty，前27年－68年），羅馬帝國建立者屋大維與其家族形成的王朝，是羅馬帝國第一個王朝。
概略
儒略-克勞狄王朝建立者屋大維，是著名的羅馬共和國軍政人物尤利烏斯·凱撒的養子。公元前44年凱撒被暗殺後，屋大維和另外兩個軍政人物安東尼及雷必達在前43年組成後三頭同盟掌控共和國軍政，屋大維透過權鬥和亞克興戰役分別在前36年和前30年擊敗雷必達及安東尼，屋大維成為共和國的獨裁者（像他的養父凱撒）。
前27年屋大維受羅馬元老院封尊號「奥古斯都」，因為其崇高的地位遂得以自行指定繼承人，因而正式開創了羅馬帝國，結束了羅馬共和國，因此屋大維是羅馬帝國第一任皇帝（元首制），而其與其家族中成為羅馬皇帝的後繼者，受後世史家認為是羅馬帝國第一個王朝。
