尖筛目贝（学名：），又名黑痣寶螺，为宝贝科的海洋腹足纲软体动物。舊屬筛目贝属之下的塔尔贝亚属，但現時塔尔贝亚属從筛目贝属獨立出來，成為塔尔贝属，本物種亦隨同移歸新屬，並且成為塔爾貝屬的模式種。该物种的模式产地在印度尼西亚安汶。

分佈
本物種及其亞種廣泛分佈於红海、波斯湾及東、南非洲對出的印度洋沿岸海域，包括有：阿尔达布拉环礁、查戈斯群岛、葛摩、肯尼亚、马达加斯加、马斯克林群岛海盆、毛里求斯、莫桑比克、留尼汪、塞舌尔、索马里及坦桑尼亚；而在東、西太平洋，西起澳大利亚的西澳大利亚州、北自日本，經由菲律宾、印度尼西亚、夏威夷州，最東可達克利珀顿岛、加拉帕戈斯群岛经太平洋中部诸岛。見於台湾岛以及中国大陆的香港、海南岛、西沙群岛等地。
亞種Blasicrura teres pellucens (Melvill, 1888)見於科隆群岛及巴拿马。
棲息地
常生活于潮间带低潮区或稍深的浅海珊瑚礁间以及红色海绵下面。
