沙格港不明飞行物事件（）是发生在1967年10月加拿大新斯科舍省沙格港（Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia）的一起有档案记录的大型不明物体撞击事件。
經過
加拿大的多个政府部门曾对此次坠落进行调查，并开展了至少一起水下搜寻工作以期收回该物体的残骸。加拿大政府声称没有已知的飞机或航空器涉及此事，而且坠落原因迄今为止仍然不能确定。
各方反應
这是极少数政府部门的文档正式表示一个不明飞行物与其相关的案例。包括一名参與打捞的潜水员在内，数个被采访的军方目击者声称一架外星飞船墜毀是主要原因，也有一些证人声称美国军方参与嘗試打捞不明飛行物墜落殘骸的活动。此次案例也被美国康顿委员会（Condon Committee）UFO研究计划进行简要调查，但是没有对其给出任何解释。
