2010年亞足聯女子亞洲盃于2010年举办。决赛阶段的比赛于5月19日至5月30日在中国成都举行，共有8支球队参加，分成2个小组进行循环赛，小组前两名进行淘汰赛。
该赛事同时作为2011年國際足協女子世界盃亚洲区的外围赛。

外圍賽分為兩個階段，第一階段比賽在馬來西亞吉隆坡舉行，共有5支球隊參加，第二階段共9支球隊參加，包括第一階段的前三名和直接進入第二階段的6支球隊，共分3組，A組的比賽在台灣新營市舉行，B組比賽在泰國曼谷舉行，C組的比賽在越南胡志明市舉行，各組第一名將進入決賽圈。
