鎮靜劑

镇静剂（）或镇静药，也稱安定药（tranquilliser），与鎮定劑（downer）相似，是一種能產生镇静作用的物質。镇静剂有助缓解抑郁及焦虑；通常被用作治療精神紧张的病者，镇静剂有利于人的镇静。
